Of course, I'm not drawing any conclusions from this but I do find it interesting. The young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart spent many hours in his own mind in an imaginary world he called The Kingdom of Back. His sister was quoted once as saying she felt he spent most of his time there. I used to be embarrassed at my imaginary town of Pleasantville that carried me through my youth... but after learning this, considering that one of the greatest composers in history retreated to a world he created for his own comfort, I guess I feel like I'm in good company.
