Shut The Door

Sometimes you think someone is ready to be taken into the deepest depths of your friendship... to the most vulnerable levels of your heart. Then you discover that that person is actually a stranger there. You made a mistake and thought wrong. Perhaps you confused that person for what you were hoping that person was, and you just found out that person was not. Best thing to do is shut the door, look around, and make sure nothing fragile was damaged inside.
