After the announcement of the new President-Elect, the game will display the President-Elect Chart.  This is a "hall of fame" of the top 15 winning candidates per length of campaign.  Displayed are the candidates' rankings, names, political parties, Electoral Votes, Popular Votes, and States carried.  These players are real too!  These are the best players of PEC over the last fifteen years of its existence.  Take note that candidates with strange looking Popular Votes are those who were placed on the President-Elect Chart prior to Popular Votes being recorded on the chart.

You may view each President-Elect Chart by clicking on the option button (or radio button) beside the length of campaign you want to view the President-Elect Chart for.  When you are finished, click the Ok button and you will be returned to the PEC Title Screen (or Waving Flag Screen.)
